Refund policy

•    RETURNS
You have 1-10 working days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
•    REFUNDS
Once your return is approved, please note that we do not issue cash or credit card refunds. Instead, the total value of your return will be issued as store credit, which will be added to your account or sent to you via a digital voucher. This credit is immediately available and can be used toward the purchase of any other items in our shop. Your store credit never expires, giving you the flexibility to find the perfect replacement whenever you’re ready.
•    SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
•    NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items are exempt from being returned, such as personalized or customized goods, socks, body tights
